How to Join the iVDR consortium

For details of eligibility, types of membership and membership fees, please see "Introduction to the iVDR Consortium".

Download the application form, fill in the necessary details and fax to the iVDR Consortium Secretariat office, or apply by e-mail.

Once we have received your application form, we will send you the iVDR Hard Disk Drive Consortium Code, Adopter's Agreement and membership fee invoice.
Next, sign the relevant parts of the Adopter's Agreement to show that you agree to the conditions, then send them to the Secretariat office together with two business cards. (i.e. the business card of the person filling out the application).
Send payment of the membership fees to the designated account.
Once we have confirmed receipt of the Adopter's Agreement and membership fees, we will send you confirmation.
