Analog broadcasts will terminate on July 24, 2011. However, because iVDR recorders have built-in digital tuners, older analog TV sets can still be used by simply connecting them to an iVDR recorder. This provides ideal options for spare TVs in bedrooms or single occupancy rooms for students.
