Exhibition ReportThe iVDR Consortium members joined CEATEC 2009 (Oct. 6 ~ 10th, Chiba, Japan) and displayed the most leading-edge iVDR products and service at Hitachi Group booth.
The exhibits included not only Hitachi's high-definition TV series "Wooo" but also iVDR recorder with digital tuner, iVDR player, iVDR content software and PC-based solution. | [Visitor's Comments] - iV pocket is one of advanced features to differentiate from other TV sets with recording function. - Expecting more iVDR application products such as recorder or camera to be released from various vendors very soon. - Easy to attach it like a VCR cassette. It will be best if the device recognition becomes much faster. - Because a built-in HDD is also an iVDR, I feel comfortable to use iVDR media for iV pocket. |

| [Visitor's Comments] - I've been wanted another environment to use iVDR other than home appliance. - Expecting a product release of this PC-based iVDR-Secure Solution very soon. - It’s convenient that there are two types of shapes of USB adapter (Stand format for the desk work, and Closed format for mobile use). - Glad that I can transfer various contents saving to PC to iVDR, and play them at large-screen TV. - It's a reasonable price. Want to purchase it. (Target pricing: several thousands JPYen.) |
